Also referred to as Debt Consolidation. This program is designed to help individuals who have greater than $5000.00 in Credit Card Debt, have high interest rates and realize they are now in what is commonly referred to as a “Pay for Life Program”. In other words, because your interest rates are so high it could take you as long as 18 years to payoff the debt by making just minimum payments.
The Debt Management Program will allow you to make one monthly payment at reduced interest rates and have the debt paid in full, generally, in less than 5 years. Also, creditors will generally waive overlimit fees and reage the account (bring it current if you were behind”) after a period of 3 to 6 months of being on the program.
It is not unusual for your present monthly payment to be lower in a Debt Management Program than your current payments combined. This program is voluntary, there is no prepayment penalty and your participation is not a scoring component of your credit score.
Debt Settlement
Our Debt Settlement Program is not like any other settlement program you may have heard of. We call it “Debt Audit”. It is designed to help people who have fallen seriously behind and either cannot or would prefer not to file a bankruptcy.
This program is designed to allow you to settle your unsecured debts for about 50% of what you owe. (All fees included). By making affordable monthly payments.
What’s different about this program?
You will be represented by one of the worlds largest Debt Settlement legal firms. Your creditors will be contacted, harassing phone calls will stop and you will be given access (by password) to our exclusive “Debt Audit” program.
This program will allow you to see your credit score regularly free of charge and will make actual suggestions to you about how to raise your credit score while settling your accounts. These suggestions are based only on “your” Credit Report, hence the name, Debt Audit
